      Inclusive company with great health perks but overworked staff

      Pros

      Very inclusive company. Health perks and encouragement in this area is great.

      Cons

      Overwork their employees. Training is subpar. Held to standards that are above your pay grade. Encouraged to work more than your 40 hours but then frowned upon when overtime is actually submitted. Lower level management operates with their tails in between their legs to remain in alignment with the demands of senior leaders. Resulting in poor leadership and ground level employees being overworked for very little pay.

      Great Culture and Fast Paced Environment

      Pros

      I have a great time working here and I have met a lot of like-minded people. This company moves fast, but is careful not to leave it's people; behind. Great Benefits and overall open recruitment process

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lot of layers to complete a task.
