Pros

1. Paid above market rate 2. Good amount of leave/Maternity /other leaves. 3. Free transportation 4. Additional bonus or add on value as per to skillset. 5. Work form Home facility though does depends on project. 6. Good Onsite opportunities - specifically teams in Infrastructure management.

Cons

1. Management domination. 2. Some people have retirement plans with the company as they provide good benefits and security hence , they dont welcome new talents. 2. HR only takes feedback only , when upper management asks to. Sometime employees voice goes unheard .
