Pros

Wages and benefits are ok.

Cons

Lots of high-volume periods requiring overtime to meet client demands. End of year is always high-volume and very difficult to get any time off for the holidays.

Pros

Hybrid schedule was a perk. Good PTO (sick days…you’ll need them)

Cons

The work itself is not easy. You learn something new every day. For the amount of knowledge that is required, the pay is extremely low, it’s laughable. There’s this propaganda that the company pushes about how amazing the benefits are, they train you for 3 months and it’s all for nothing.

Good benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Bad management, blackout periods November - March. Scheduled breaks and only a 30 minute lunch.
