Pros

ABB is a leading global technology company in power and automation that enables utility, industry, and transport and infrastructure customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact. The ABB Group of companies operates in roughly 100 countries and employs about 135,000 people. My Key accomplishments/ initiatives include: - Increased productivity by implementing the well architected web application for the bidding proposal tool (FOYER). - Increase performance of web applications by refactoring some components and established the best practices and guidelines. - Streamlined project deliveries by implementing multiple code based project structures in TSS and configured SharePoint. - Increase performance by providing the debugging analysis. - Ability to work independently and developed code with good quality that includes all the test coverage. - Passion to learn new technologies.

Cons

- Project planning has to be done in better way. - Regular status meeting is required. - Rework has to be avoided by proper planning. - Identify proper technology which minimize the time line. - Code review has to be done on regular basis.
