I found that you could take on as many challenges as you wanted and support from co-workers is great, but local and international

They keep re-cycling the old management, time for lots more new blood.

Good place to work if you are interested in software development. Salaries are decent Hierarchy does not affect much. So,ok

Cons

Lack of co-ordination b/w managers and developers.perks are less. frequent reviews are not there.Effective communication is missing very much.

Time flexibility, High ownership & accountability, Good Guidance & Support whenever required, Highly Dynamic Environment which is Intellectually very Stimulating.

Cons

Compensation not at par with the Job demands. Too much fragmentation in organizational structure leading to a lot of bureaucracy at times. Not supportive in terms of Relocation needs. Work life Balance is not that good, because of high degree of involvement.
