Work life balance can be sustained. Higher studies, company pays. Flexible timings but need to report 9 hrs a day. Very less politics. Talented and highly skilled are always recognized. ABB, Bangalore, whitefield road office is best ABB office in India. Good company to settle life.

Cons

Very less pay scale when compared to other software organizations.

Company is a real international company with many opportunities to work abroad. good career options into many diferent fields.

Cons

Decisions has been faster in the past and is being concentrated into the headquarters since few years. Despite it is a engineering company many of decisions today as made by lawyers and the now days feeling is that productivity is lower due to the fact that people takes more time protecting themselves rather than use the time for new ideas or take good care of customers.
