      Mobility and high travel required for career advancemet after a certain level. Work responsabilites vary greatly from one division to another.

      Pros

      Ability to deliver to customers a high quality outcome - mostly. Salaries are about par but mostly are a closely guarded secret. Perks used to be OK but now almost non-existent. Company value integrity and employee safety which is great.

      Cons

      Too many people who spend all their lives self promoting at the expense of the customer. No one is help accountable. Slow reduction of benefits and so cost focused to almost the point of counter benefit.
