      Pros

      Very dynamic atmosphere and culturally diverse. Everyone here are smart and intelligent, therefore you gain a lot of insight when working with others, cross functionally. There is a strong emphasis on safety, and the company does care about the employees. Work-life balance is also great. Information regarding company growth, strategy, and results are communicated throughout the company quarterly.

      Cons

      Many business units and groups operate on silo, therefore it is difficult to get everyone aligned with the process. Bonuses are also low, and salary is not as competitive as other companies.

      - Environment can be a little political, as is probably the norm in large, expanded corporations. Excellent opportunity to develop our PR and soft skills in order to thrive
