ABB as a company is very transparent in policies...main aim is always profitable and sustainable growth of the organization without compromising with safety aspects.

Cons

Job is Highly challenging because of limited man power involvement for a particular project....Training (off job) is less....Employee Designation (global grading system) is not logical.
