Good place to grow, learn and make mistakes. Good benefits and company culture. Ambitious projects within heavy industry make the job very satisfying and interesting. Solving real engineering problems.

Cons

Exepct setbacks and blockers along the way. Dilluted responsibilities makes it hard to escalate or diffuse challenging situations. Corporation works slowly and are resilient to change. They admire processes and exceptions are possible but not welcome.
