      Pros

      Good company to work. Especially for Electrical, Mechanical and Robotics engineers. They are so advanced in innovation in their core business. No pressure from manager or leads atleast in IT area. Recently ABB introduced parental leave for male partner 1-2.months.

      Cons

      Employee benifits are very less like below Though it is a big brand they haven't provide WFH benifits except broadband claim. Insurance policy too less for an employee, doest cover for parents. Premiums for parents is too costly.

      Decent benefits and good people. Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      While selling to Hitachi they lost sight of how the employees make the wok a reality. It became a very hostile and toxic environment as they were only focused on the financials to complete the sell.

      Growth will be slow..Many experienced people sticking to company, will not allow you to grow..they make politics and survive, too much dominance of global technical..global people will not allow Indian team to develope indigenous products .but global people will take 7 years to develope a product on the name of quality...if you are very ambitious this is not the place to work..
