      • No work-life balance in SAP Team. • Micromanagement • Working Hrs. per day 8hrs but the manager expecting do 12 hrs. work, weekend Must because other team members work, they don't care about family • If you are sick you should take leave because another superman team member got cured in 3days only by CORONA so your disease was cured within 3days only • AIP allocated based on how may leave you taken not by what you based not what you worked and developed task sir like culture like factory in IT team
