There are some people, especially seniors who are there to give feedback to manager and they will always listen to them. HR has no say on things told by managers 7. Almost one year manager will ensure that you won't get hike by giving you less ratings 8. Bad work from home policies, unnecessary need to stay in office for 9 hours a day 9.
