A global organization with great benefits such as (Profit Share, Score Card, Medical Insurance, Stock market contribution, and Transportation allowance)

Cons

Change is really hard, and it is not easy to transfer internally to another department or division as they claim in ABB Egypt. There is always a lot of resistance from management towards the idea of moving horizontally to another division. Basic salary is average compared to market.
