Stable income and benefits like medical care insurance or pension program.

Cons

The company is huge so don't expect them to be fast in making decisions or in executing plans. They will never encourage you to move forward and it is extremely hard to change positions with locations within the company. There are so many opportunities to educate but for some reason they won't mentor you. Salaries are not the best as well. You have to fight to be paid here.
