This inconsistency makes it difficult to learn the role effectively and efficiently. Lack of Feedback and Communication: There is very little constructive feedback regarding performance or areas for improvement. Communication overall is limited, and important information—such as upcoming meetings—is often learned from coworkers rather than directly from management. This creates confusion and reduces confidence in expectations.
