      Manager in the USA seem to lack an understanding of core ITIL concepts

      Pros

      Worked with a great team. Local management was good.

      Cons

      US management managing the US companies expectations badly. Generally giving away too much for free to try to keep companies happy then sack people in Australia to cover for their lack of management skills. Do not listen to the local people who have a better understanding of the product. Sacks them instead so on a downward spiral of doom.
