Rotating schedule, very strong favouritism, hard to advance, pay based off private companys union workers not factored in, threats to job so management can have they're way, terminations when trying to unionize and threats from management during the process, high level of danger, training is mostly non existent, sneaky co workers, everything is someone else responsibility if you're in management, expect you to live and breath the company and hold it against you if you dont, comparisons to other employees during performance reviews and also lie during the reviews and performance and not allowed to defend yourself, hr will not help you if theres an issues, expected to voice concerns or issues just for them to be ignored, would rather you just fall in line and not ask questions then do your job, unprofessional behaviour from management, direction is based off fear to get jobs done.
