      Pros

      At 360Learning, employees grow with the company. Every 6-12 months, you get new responsibilities and new challenges. You are trusted. You work with incredibly smart, yet humble colleagues who are engaged and highly performing. The culture is unique, visionary and empowering.

      Cons

      360Learning culture is not for everyone. To succeed, employees need to have a lot of drive, ownership, accountability and autonomy. They need to value and embody transparency, low authority and rational thinking.

      - The onboarding process is very rich and comprehensive - Excellent working conditions - Great life/work balance - Unlimited remote work - Everyone can give and receive feedback - Real autonomy on your scope with low authority - Asynchronous communication

      - As the company is growing, it's getting difficult to know everyone in the company

      Pros

      I've been at 360Learning for only a couple of months, but the induction and onboarding was very comprehensive. I feel like I know the company and product very well, and my scope and objectives are clear. I am motivated by all the talented colleagues I interact with every day!

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and we have teams in the US and UK now. However, being based in France, it's hard for me to get a good feel of what's going on in those markets.
