Pros

- General feeling of belonging 🌈 Convexity culture does not fit will all but is definitely a real culture that makes sense to have impact, work in a transparent way, learn 1% more every day and feel the sense of high-accountability - Autonomous remote culture 💻 A full remote company experience where I re-learned how to work / how to organize myself

Cons

This culture is not for everyone

Pros

- Interesting and dynamic jobs, a real emphasis on not getting stuck in a routine but also having interesting projects to develop with. - Strong company culture shared by its employees : blatant transparency, autonomy in scope, flexibility in organization and time-management, benevolence from one to another, etc. - Competitive salaries and real incentive to reward har and effective work - Ability to work from home, in the country and abroad. - Good benefits package - Real internal mobility and up-scaling opportunities

Cons

- CEO adores his company, clearly, but fails at times to make his ideas and visions effectvively understood at all levels of the company - The emphasis on keeping all information available is great, but causes laziness in actively sharing knowledge or practively briefing people.

Immersive Onboarding

Business Outlook

Pros

Instead of quick how-to's and straight to selling, the onboarding stresses the importance of how this well-oiled machine works in its entirety: from marketing to operations and from Software support to CS departments. Transparency is a pillar here and we learn to find relevant information asynchronously that helps us become more efficient at our role. From Day 1, I was given a 30-60-90 day pathway with daily goals for the first two weeks, then opened to weekly goals and now operating based on monthly targets and OKRs

Cons

You will recognize in the first couple weeks that this way of onboarding/working is not for everyone. Anyone looking to have a quick sales role to get in and get out will not thrive in this environment.

Indeed - we are a highly collaborative company, where there is a strong collective investment in our product and internal culture, and participation in each other's impact, learning, and growth. It's not a "drive-by" company. 😉
