While these practices are designed to enhance flexibility and efficiency, we understand that they can sometimes feel rigid or create roadblocks. We’re actively looking at ways to strike a better balance—being process-oriented while ensuring agility and simplicity in day-to-day tasks. Your suggestion to be “slightly less rigid and more human” is noted and aligns with our goal of fostering a stronger, more flexible culture.
Regarding your concern about DEI commitment, this is an area we take seriously and that's why a specific action plan and committee have been put in place 12 months ago. But this is kind of subject that we always need to focus on. Your feedback is invaluable in highlighting where we need to improve, and we’ll be taking steps to address this moving forward.
