      Pros

      - Transparency since day 0 - Fast-paced onboarding, you get all the context needed and can start delivering value in the first week - Hybrid model helps a lot on keeping the meetings for onsite days, so focusing on WFH days is easier

      Cons

      - Hybrid model 2 onsite / 3 WFH would be perfect (it's current the opposite). Not a big con honestly, the office and the people are amazing, and I'm saying that as an introvert!
