She asked what I had been doing and I replied that I was currently going to school full time; she again asked me so you have not been working? I thought it was absolutely strange that she did not seem to understand that I was a full time student and had not been working! If I had a job, then why would I leave it for a 3 month assignment.
How can you teach sunday school if your working on the week-ends?!!!!

Tell me a little about your past experiences? Strengths? Have you had experience with residents with dementia.
There were at least 2 behavioral questions during each interview. Fro example "tell me about a time when you had a disagreement about a plan of care for a resident; who was the person, what was the disagreement, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome? "
