First interview with HR, after that you have to do a home challenge... Then they never give any kind of feedback back, on the meantime I accepted another offer. But after using several hours of my time to complete the challenge I wanted some feedback of my performance, so I asked for it. HR replied back that feedback would come during the day,as no one even took a look at my challenge. That was 3 weeks ago, nothing back. Such a waste of time for everyone.
