Most questions with the recruiter were about my experience, management style and what I'm looking for in the next phase of my career. Questions from Magnitude executives were around communications and marketing strategy. All of my interviews quickly shifted from Q&A to conversations about the business and high level strategies for each function within communications and marketing. This was how I knew it was a good fit - we connected and collaborated even during the interview phase. I was also asked about personal development and my future career goals. It felt like they were truly trying to find a good fit for both me and the company.
