All of my interviews quickly shifted from Q&A to conversations about the business and high level strategies for each function within communications and marketing. This was how I knew it was a good fit - we connected and collaborated even during the interview phase. I was also asked about personal development and my future career goals. It felt like they were truly trying to find a good fit for both me and the company.
