I d not remember the questions, but they had to do with my previous jobs. They were questions that you could necessarily prepare for based on commonly asked interview questions. I will say that I had questions and each of those had 3-4 sub-question within.
Tell me about a time you had a difficult situation & how you went about handling it. How would you handle an irate client? Tell me what you think is the most important aspect of working on a team. Tell me how you manage admistrative responsibilities & how you prioritize them. Do you really want to work here?
basic questions such as, why do you want to work for the VA.
Can you tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker and how you resolved it?
Personality type questions
Provide a personally experienced workplace conflict and how you were able or unable to resolve the matter.
Do you want the job?
What was your contribution to the army
What are the past positions you held?
Name a time that you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle that situation?
