The 2nd interview with a designer. He asked me to show him my work. Then we do role-play. He is a CEO who says no to my design and I am the designer who has to sell my work. After he keeps say no without any reason for a while, I just gave up. He asked me to draw a wireframe of traffic light without giving any criteria or limitation. After I ask questions to get more information before starting. He just simply says that I don’t need to worry about it. Just show him the design. Therefore, I cannot do it. Before ending the interview, he said to me that if I have time to do the traffic light assignment, it is very optional but he would like to see.

They asked me to share my ideas through a quick sketch and do a bit of brainstorming on the spot—that was the main focus of the discussion.

What is your Japanese language level?
on the 1st step the questions were basic about the background. On the second step I had a few basic UX UI questions, then discuss my portfolio. Overall it was a good experience however, in my opinion, it took them too long to send me to the reject email.
