Went through the portfolio with the design team and some behavior questions with directors and hr.
Do you have experience in Agile/SCRUM process?
They asked if I was familiar with HTML and CSS and some other programs.
After completing my design challenge I thought the conversation would revolve around that. Instead the team asked me to go over an older project. I've been involved in later hires and this hasn't happened again.
