How are you at selling your ideas? (This scared me, because I realized that you really have to fight for your work. You sell to your boss, he sells to his, and so forth.)
The whole 3 hour long conversation with the head of HR threw me for a bit of a loop since it combined questions of professional and mildly personal (nothing you wouldn't divulge to an acquaintance) manner. If you don't like talking on the phone it can be a daunting process, but I feel it's a good way to weed out people that aren't really serious about the job.

How did you get the visa? Why didn't you apply for residency with your qualification and chose to do it with your partner instead? Why do you think the visa under partnership scheme is easier as you must be together for at least 3 months?
Be prepared to offer specific feedback on Tableau - what you did with it, problems you had, why you like it, etc. If you comment on a problem, be prepared to offer specifics on how you would fix that problem.

they want to know about you, and your direction as a person and they wont tell you if they have a position or what it is
