The interview was sort of all over the place. One hiring manager said that the interview was going to be more conversational, with less interview styled questions. Then another asked (almost in a robotic manner) typical interview questions, eg tell me about yourself, your resume, STAR behavioral questions. Seemed like the hiring managers didn't really discuss how the interview format was supposed to be, as we went from conversational to interview questions to conversational. An interesting one was "How would you Underwrite a Miami nightclub." That one was fun to answer at least. Overall, I was not very satisfied with this interview process, and am glad I took a (higher paying) offer with one of their competitors that DIDN'T drag their feet.
