There were no 1-on-1 interviews at the group interview. I had 35+ in my group, it was all evaluation in small group setting with team building exercises and some paper tests on bike tools, bike mechanics and knowledge of the company. The most unexpected scenario was having the opposite sex roommate at the hotel for the weekend. Everyone was professional and it was fine, but I would have wanted to know in advance, for courtesy's sake.
