I don’t remember exact questions but they are looking for specific answers. They don’t want to hear things like “thAt always happens and I just”... they want you to say “that happened to me at my last job when a customer... so I...”

Unexpected question: I know I should've been prepared, but she asked about ME. Like, my life history. I was more prepared to discuss my sales experience.
