Most STAR questions. Hiring manager asked me to provide an example of innovation work whereas I mentioned that I've 3 patents which tells me that the questions prepared are generic. Better question would have been asking me to explain what those patents for!

It ranged from technical discussions to process' to behavioral questions around management and leadership. Most of the questions surround very basic things like tell me about yourself, etc.
