What is your strongest asset?
My most difficult question centered around doing conversions (power, gain etc ) in the dB realm. My background at that time was mostly digital with heavy analog experience in High Voltage.

Although I prepped for the typical interview questions and did research on the company, the phone interview was not about me or my work experience/history.

Why I wanted to move to Texas?
Asked if I objected to the following "quirky" things about the company: Mandatory 45-hour work week (no mention of overtime pay); ALL staff have to work in the retail stores during busy times, only stat holidays off, no extra time at Christmas, etc.
