Interview began with an introduction of me and my background. Standard HR questions, Why do you want to be an instructor with AA etc. Technical questions were scenario based instructor questions. "The difference between a procedure and a technique?" Brief a Jepp approach plate was listed in the task for the interview but I was not asked to do that in the interview.

Cannot remember specifically but there was some general questions about my work history and hobbies and interests outside of work and how this would support me in my role at HIT
