The weirdest part was that the whole process was very sterile. I was had a sheet of paper with 5 or so questions. I was given about 5 mins to review the questions. Then, I was asked each of the questions (they took turns asking the questions). No one smiled or nodded as I was giving my responses. It was very difficult to tell if I was doing a good job or completely failing. In the end, I was called and offered the job.
