How does a modem and router work?
The most difficult thing about this position is the lack of proper training and communication. There is a lot to be desired from the training department. With all of the re-organizations within the company, they need to re-organize this department. If the training is better, which shouldnt be hard to do considering how bad it currently is, it would help things a lot.
What do you know about Cisco?
Let's say it's Monday and I have a very important project for you to complete by Friday. On Thursday I come to you with another project just as important. How would you handle this situation?

Really there were no difficult questions and actually I was suprised by how many had very little experience from the field of Information Technology. That opened eyes a bit to see how fast people can learn anything they are ready to do. Still for the server support side the bar was perhaps littlebit inwards club, and when I got hired for Dell after huge number of interviews at recruitment fair, I got all the opportunities to be IT professional that I understood myself to be. Still I have very good impression of HP, and who knows what life brings on later on.
