Questions were pretty standard such as “describe a challenging situation in your current job and how did you handle?”
What is you current role? Why are you quitting? Have you managed a team? How will you manage client expectations? How will you manage multiple stake holders in a typical transformation project?
Apart from the standard behavioural questions, they were largely centered around how one receives feedback and how they were applied eventually.
