Draft an email which you would use to send to a client to address the following situation: You have been working together on an implementation project for about 6 months. 3 weeks before the planned launch of Registration for their event, the client emails asking to add some additional features and changes to the existing Registration workflow. Doing so at this point increases the risk of a successful and on-time launch. These requests also include some features that are not included in the original SOW. This is a first-year client who is likely to provide additional opportunities in the future, as the project has been going very well.
