All the questions were based around my past experience with project/program management and my understanding of the topic. The interviewer went deep into my experience, asked about the team structure, team size, the methodologies used.
What are your current responsibilities? how many projects are you handling? What would you do in a situation where deadlines may not be able to be met? Whats your salary expectation? Are you ok with moving to Berlin?
Scenario based program management questions - again, be careful. While they sound like they're looking for your opinion and keen on learning the way you do things, they're not. They want exact answers that align with the way /they/ do things.
