Tell me about a time a candidate had a bad candidate experience and what did you do about it?

Walk me through your resume.....they were all pretty basic questions. They explained a lot about all of the changes with the leadership team at Monster (post Ranstad acquisition). Last phone call was told that they would be in touch to set up onsite interviews. But never heard from anyone again.

Interview questions were mainly to gain information about my work history, very specific to the job position I applied for. No out of the ordinary interview questions- they really look for someone who will fit in well within their team and stand out above the rest, both in personality and work ethic.
