She asked me how I like to be managed and about how I handle difficult coworkers I don't mesh well with. She asked me about my interest in behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery. She asked me what I knew about the company. etc.

The questions were not necessarily difficult as they were frustrating. When you're subjected to an interview by a Manager who clearly lacks the skill-set and knowledge to competently assess a candidates predictability index of success, it becomes quite frustrating to decipher what they are asking.
