The phone interview was just making sure that I didn't lie on my CV and checking if I really wanted that position, not just working at their company. The on-site interview contained 2 questions that were based on a "client" coming to you with something that he wants done and you doing your best to figure out what he actually wants and coming own with a good solutions. They don't try to grind you, however they might throw small obstacles to see how you can handle them.

The phone interview was just making sure that I didn't lie on my CV and checking if I really wanted that position, not just working at their company. The on-site interview contained 2 questions that were based on a "client" coming to you with something that he wants done and you doing your best to figure out what he actually wants and coming own with a good solutions. They don't try to grind you, however they might throw small obstacles to see how you can handle them.
