You will be asked to detail your career history with situational questions being asked along the way. This approach is far smoother and more relaxed than traditional STAR interviews. I would add that if forced to name any direct competition in the market, you have the option to decline to answer. This is highly unethical and unscrupulous behaviour. I expect better from Ethicon.

They asked about your driving record, background summary, and how you would handle a difficult situation. I was asked about how I would resolve a conflict with a coworker and what type of person I like to work with and travel. Lastly, I was asked about technical experience: being able to do basic mechanical repairs and use of tools. Previous surgical repair experience wasn't mandatory.
