there was a few key questions to see the experience, knowledge and ambition. also few about a company fit. there was one rond only, spoke with one of the co-founders of the company.
i was ask questions that pertaining to the interaction of clients, technical question and how would handle the clients complaints. if was willing to travel and work weekend and long hours.
A big portion of the interview is to see if you fit the job in terms of the core fundamentals. You have to know how to walk in order to run!
