Why do you want to be a substitute teacher?
I didn't think the questions were difficult. The trickiest one probably had to do if there was something happening that needed to be dealt with and if the teacher and assistants ideas on what should be done differed.
How would describe being a team player?
I am required to obtain ESL certification to be considered for a full-time teaching position. I was not aware of this expectation.
It was suggested that I accept Special Education assignments with CMSD.
