Unfortunately I was late to the 2nd interview because of unusually heavy traffic towards the South Bay from SF. None of the people from my 1st interview were present. I was very nervous. As a public school sub, I have not had to make a lesson plan in years. Usually plans are left for me by the regular teacher. Creativity in the presentation is what I am really very good at doing. Anyway, I did not get the job. I would love to try again and I wish everything went better for me, but in all actuality, it is totally and completely their loss.

They didn't have any. I was tapped almost immediately because of my bilingual skills. So I just attended a 3 hour informational training and did the compliance training online. Once my background check cleared and they confirmed my teaching license with the TSPC, it was a done deal.
