Additionally, the company's emphasis on culture seemed misleading. Conversations with other candidates suggested a gap between what was promised and the reality. Remarks about attracting similar mindsets raised concerns about a lack of diversity in thought. Finally, the feedback email I received felt like a standardized response that did not reflect the actual discussion, further contributing to the sense of inconsistency throughout the process.
