It was a typical management consulting question, "there is a company making clothes, and a few years ago it experienced a decline" and then you probe and ask them questions. The answer is pretty obvious if you ask them if they changed their marketing tactics. I thought it was so obvious that I assumed that wasnt the answer and then kept probing even deeper until the interviewer reined me in at like the 10 minute mark to see what I currently had.
