Rather than being questioned, the first interview was more of a conversation style. I was able to explain my experience and positive attributes. The second interview was situational questions, which often isn't easy, but I was given the time I needed to provide thoughtful answers. The third interview, was more of a "meet and greet" and very comfortable.
